Portuguese Didgeridoo Association
Sowing culture is our goal
APD is a non-profit association that carries out its work voluntarily, with the goal of making known the Australian Aboriginal culture through the promotion of the didgeridoo.
It is a wind instrument originating from the Aboriginal Australian culture, whose ancestral history and sonic richness inspire us to dynamicize and promote this instrument through meetings and events held throughout the country since 2002.
Founded in 2007, APD has extensive knowledge of Australian Aboriginal culture, with special focus on the didgeridoo.
We are currently focused on the following goals:

FATT is organized by the Portuguese Didgeridoo Association (APD), a non-profit association that promotes the Didgeridoo and its Australian Aboriginal culture. Organizing a festival like this requires dedication, love and many resources.
FATT is a celebration event where nature and music are strongly connected, resulting in a familiar and unique environment among all elements. There are more than 30 activities including workshops, talks and concerts, highlighting the didgeridoo, handpan, jaw harp, overtone singing, dance, percussion, among others.
FATT Land began in 2024 so that we could provide our visitors with a more comfortable and safe environment. Year after year, we will manage to improve the experience of all those who visit us.
